Gold Buddy Dry Washers are ideal for prospecting in dry or desert areas. Drywashing for gold is a surprisingly efficient method of prospecting without water. Recent developments in dry washing technology have made it possible for a one or two man operation to work large volumes of dry placer ground without water, and still obtain good gold recovery. Dry washing machines use an air blowing fan or bellows type device to blow a controlled amount of air up through the dry material. Air flow helps blow off the lighter worthless materials and allow the heaviest particles and gold to collect. Keep in mind: Effective dry washing requires the sand and gravel to be powder dry. If slightly damp, try shoveling your material onto a tarp to dry in the sun, then pour into the grizzly once dry.

Gold Buddy dry washers are constructed of lightweight but durable aluminum. Works well with your blower motor leaf blower (not included). Also pictured: The Gold Buddy Vibra-Lite new folding leg system. The legs are plated steel and are shipped attached to the dry-washer. The legs are collapsed by simply pushing two push pins and they remain attached to the dry-washer when folded down.
