review: This is one of the best values for the money that I have ever bought. My flashlight hunting was over upon the finding of this pocket sized lightning bolt. It far outshines all other flashlights in its price range as well as flashlights a good deal more expensive than it as well. I haven't even used the special batteries that gives you even higher lumen output--I am just pleased it uses only 1 AA battery. Its pocket clip is extremely useful, and works better to keep it from rolling than other anti-roll designs that I have seen. Its adjustable focus is another great idea, as its beam can go from a very wide beam to a spot light so narrow and focused that you can see the shape of the LED.
